Payment in full (by credit or debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay) must be received prior to scheduling lessons and services.

All purchased lessons, services, and packages expire 3 months from purchase date.

Lesson and meeting scheduling will be arranged directly with David or Elizabeth.

​

All meetings will be held on Google Meet.

We will wait up to 20 minutes due to an unavoidable late start for a scheduled lesson or appointment, at which point the session will be considered completed.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be received 12 hours or more in advance of the scheduled lesson or appointment.
